This would be your face if you stuck it outside a car doing 180 mph. Something from our troop to cut the tension.
YouTube Video of the Year "The Free Hugs Campaign"
Sometimes, a hug is all what we need. Free hugs is a real life controversial story of Juan Mann, a man who's sole mission was to reach out and hug a stranger to brighten up their lives. In this age of social disconnectivity and lack of human contact, the effects of the Free Hugs campaign became phenomenal. As this symbol of human hope spread across the city, police and officials ordered the Free Hugs campaign BANNED. What we then witness is the true spirit of humanity come together in what can only be described as awe inspiring.
I have been shopping in stores and online for a new watch for a couple of weeks and found some amazing Complex Watches. Designers Felix Baumgartner and Martin Frei of Urwerk, a watch design company out of Geneva, have designed some very out of the mainstream timepieces. I bought a great Fossil watch a couple of years ago but wearing the same thing everyday gets monotonous. So now I am torn between getting a TAG at Moody's or one of these conversation starters.

This is going to be a must have when I finally trade in my old Razr phone the end of this month for my new iPhone. Minot makes handcrafted custom wood cases for the Apple iPhone and both the Apple 5g and nano2 iPods called "iWood". Offering several finishes to choose from and monogramming burnt into the wood this is a must have for any Apple fanatic. Prices for the iPhone protective cases start at $85.00 US; reasonable for handcrafting and for keeping your new toy in one piece if you drop it. Go to the Minot's site to see their full line of custom cases.

Exhibit A
Although my desk is not too horribly messy Lifehacker and CNN: Money share tips on how we all can keep our desk clean and our office image up. Turns out the old saying of a messy desk equaling an organized mind is no longer true.
Living with me, my partner Billy will be glad to see that I read this article... see Exhibit A

I dont watch the show and figure it's just a cheap rip off of American Idol but this act is bound to win. The YouTube.com video is about two minutes in length but well worth the watch. Something I have usually hated doing for most of my post pubescent life has been shaving my face in the morning. My parents passed on to me the nice genetic mix of a heavy beard and sensitive skin. So shaving for me meant years having ingrown hairs or bad razor burn. Electric shavers felt like a lawnboy mower going over my neck in the mornings and looked like it too!
Finally after college I finally paid attention to my Grandfather and Father's shaving habits. Although they where genetically more Cherokee than I am, 1/2 & 1/4, and had lighter beards, their shaves always came out flawless with no razor burn. The trick being they used shaving soap, a brush, and a single edge razor. Their after shave felt like a WMD on your face for a few minutes after you shaved but it worked.
I switched to the soap and brush method and unless I am traveling and use a can shaving gel it’s been the method that has worked out the best for my beard type. I can get a super close shave with zero nicks or razor burn using the brush and shave soap method with a good aftershave lotion with no alcohol in its contents. I have'nt settled on an aftershave to use but am currently using one made by Vera Wang. The lotion types with no alcohol seem to work the best.
During the summer I decided to shave my head as well as my face. It's been a blessing during the mega hot summer we had this year. I looked on the market and found a great shave soap that's relatively inexpensive and Target now carries it in the spa/health section. It's called Proraso and is a line of Italian made shaving product with eucalyptus oil. After shaving it makes your face, in my case head, feel very fresh, cool and refreshed.
I found an excellent post with video teaching the art of wet shaving and actually teach you how to shave. Trust me on ditching the can gel foam crap, the 6 blade razors that vibrate, and saying good-bye to crappy shaves. The videos are obviously home made but the guy knows what he is talking about. Check it out on lifehacker.com.
These trivets from Square Heat caught my eye while shopping. Been needing a good set for my kitchen. Think they will make a good addition.
Just experimenting with some video for T Town Tommy. Found this super hard hit by Quinton Moore for Oklahoma State University last year against ASU. I can't wait for the football season to start!
My cousin Joe gave me the heads up on these cool trucks. Here are 7 pictures of semi-trucks that their trailers are painted to look like the sides are missing and the products they are hauling are painted on the sides and back. I am not totally sure if they are real or just a good photoshop job. I will let you be the judge.
The first painting is of a bottle that looks like it is coming out the side of the trailer.
Check out my photo album to see the other 6 trucks. Very amazing!
Update: Here is a link with a ton of these trucks. It's all in German but cool photoshop jobs.
