Wow what a surprise!

To my surprise I noticed today that I am in the running for the 2006 Okie Blog Awards for best commentary! To just be one of the nominations considered for this award is a great honor. I am deeply humbled and excited that my hard work has not gone un-noticed. The past three months that I have been back to blogging has been incredible. Some of you have sent emails or posted public comments with nothing but encouraging thoughts and positive vibes. To each of you I want to express my sincere gratitude.

The voting for the Okie Blog awards has started and is open to other Oklahoma bloggers to vote. The nominations and awards are voted on by my peers in the Oklahoma Blogging Community. I feel a serious boost from the honor of being nominated and the winds are most certainly in my sails.
